What’s Mine is Yours or WMIY, is one of Canyon’s most famous clubs. Individuals donate clothing, accessories, etc, and the club members set up a small thrift shop in the senior quad for students to shop free of charge!

The club has already had two successful pop-ups on Oct. 7 and Oct. 28. If you didn’t get the chance to check those out, they have two more upcoming dates; one on Nov. 18, and the other on Dec. 9!

The club not only donates, but also appreciates donations from others. Through donating clothes, students give their peers the chance of getting new clothes, needed or not. Not all students have the option of buying new clothes all the time, and with this information the club hopes to help their Canyon peers.

If you’re not sure if the thrift shop would be your thing, there is no harm in trying, as all you need to do is pick the piece of clothing that you desire, and take it up to the front. From there a student helper, or member of the club, can help you bag it up and take the hanger if needed.

The club has more options than just clothes. They also offer shoes, bags and even small objects such as jewelry and even school supplies. WMIY has a wide variety of items that any student can take home. Feel free to join them in the senior quad soon!
