The Pumpkin King is making his return! But don’t fear; he isn’t here to disrupt your Christmas. Instead, he is here to celebrate a very special anniversary.
The famous Tim Burton movie, “The Nightmare Before Christmas,” is making a comeback to movie theaters in honor of its 30th anniversary. Starting Oct. 20, movie theaters will be showing this amazing movie for a limited time. To make it even more special, The El Capitan Theatre in Hollywood will be showing the movie in 4D and will be hosting anniversary screenings.
This could not have come at a better time with Halloween being right around the corner. It also falls perfectly in line with the time period that Disneyland transforms their famous ride, The Haunted Mansion, into a Jack Skellington and Sally theme. Disneyland is also including special events at the park for the movie’s anniversary.
All Tim Burton fans are going ecstatic as this very beloved movie makes its way back to the movie theaters. With this all happening, tons of stores are now selling more Jack Skellington merchandise. Most excitingly, places will be selling vinyls with the soundtrack from the movie.
Make sure to bring along guests and watch the Pumpkin King try to impersonate good ol’ Sandy Claus and almost ruin Christmas, while also falling in love with his beautiful girlfriend Sally.
Don’t lose out on this special opportunity to experience a movie that has not been in your local theaters for years. On top of that, you get to experience a once-in-a-lifetime anniversary celebrating Tim Burton’s hard work.
