“What The Truck,” is a weekly event in the Santa Clarita Valley. Although the location and date tend to change, it is usually located at 28776 The Old Road and is held from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m.
“What The Truck” is held for you to come and have fun with family and friends. The event is made up of about eight or more food trucks coming into an empty parking lot and making food for everyone to enjoy.
It is free entry for everyone; all you have to do is pay for your food! This event is super nice if you are just trying to get out of the house and have a bite to eat. There is music and tables for you to sit at and enjoy your food.
If all that isn’t enough, this event is also pet friendly! So, be sure to bring your furry friends along as well.
Although the lineup of food trucks may change each week, the most usual trucks right now are: Kyoto Hibachi, Italia Pizza E Pasta, Malibu Seafood Cove, Topic Truck, Uncle Al’s BBQ, Nacho Me Vegan, The Twist Churros, Birrieria San Marcos, Cousins Maine Lobster, Pollo on the Road, Tamales Express, Hot Wheelz-R-Us, Just Roll With It, Nonis Sweets, Obanyummy, Encanto Ice Cream, and finally, Salsa Valente.
As you can see, there are so many different food options for you to choose from and so many things for you to try.
As someone who has been to this event multiple times, I say it is really worth going to just eat and spend time with everyone close to you.
