Steak and fajitas quesadilla with a side of sour cream mixed into vinaigrette is a popular menu item from Chipotle. This meal has been blowing up on TikTok, following many food reviews regarding the quesadilla.

To see whether or not the dish was worth the praise, I went to the Chipotle on Golden Valley Road. I ordered the popular steak fajitas quesadilla with the special sauce and started to dig in.

The quesadilla was warm and cut in half. The steak and fajitas were juicy and delicious. The steak was nice and tender; it was easy to bite into and easily chewed. It makes a great option for protein when ordering at Chipotle. Overall, the steak was very delicious both by itself and when included in the quesadilla.

The fajitas included bell peppers and onions sauteed in seasoning. Eating Well, a website which is focused around food, explores the healthy options at Chipotle, featuring fajitas. They shared that, “they’re low in calories—just 20 per serving—and high in fiber, plus vitamins and minerals.” Fajitas are healthy, yummy, and amazing in the quesadilla.

Chipotle offers two sides for this dish, and I got rice and beans. The black beans were so good by themselves and with the rice. Neither the beans nor the rice were bland and basic. They really made sure to add flavor to everything that they had served. I would totally recommend the beans and rice to anyone ordering at Chipotle.

The special custom made sauce was truly a treasure. Vinaigrette is Chipotle’s specially-made sauce. Culinary Hill informs consumers of the ingredients featured in the sauce, “Chipotle’s vinaigrette is made with a combination of red wine vinegar, honey, adobo sauce, spices, and oil.”

Chipotle offers vinaigrette and sour cream, but in order to make the sauce from TikTok, you have to gradually mix the sour cream into the vinaigrette. Once you have done this, you’re left with a delicious creamy vinegar flavor. It is perfectly paired with the quesadilla.

This leads me to say that Chipotle’s steak and fajitas quesadilla with sour cream mixed into vinaigrette with the beans and rice on the side is absolutely scrumptious. It’s a great tasty meal to fill your hungry stomach!
