Theme parks are a great place to spend a summer day as they have thrilling roller-coasters, amazing attractions, and delicious food.

With summer being just around the corner and COVID cases continuing to decrease, theme parks are making their way back to the public again!

Our favorite theme parks such as Six Flags, Disneyland, and Universal Studios are open for business with fewer lines and more fun!

Disneyland, the happiest place on Earth, is now open to the public at 25% capacity. This upcoming June, Disney’s California Adventure will open the new “Avengers Campus.” Not only will new rides be seen, but a plethora of food options will be available for guests to enjoy! Some of these food options include the “Cosmic Cream Orb” a creme puff made with raspberry cheesecake mousse, “Impossible Victory Falafel” which is a plant-based falafel, and “Sweet Spiral Rations,” a churro spiral with a variety of flavors.

Just like Disneyland, Universal Studios Hollywood is now open to the public at 25% capacity with COVID protocols in place. They reopened with new rides and more food options as well. “The Secret Life of Pets: Off the Leash!” is a new attraction available for guests to ride and as for food, the Minion Cafe has new treats based on the Minion movie. The “Felonious Float” is a new treat the Minion Cafe created, this delicious dessert is a float that is blue raspberry flavored with banana yogurt and topped with banana candy.

Six Flags Hurricane Harbor also kicks off the Summer season with a splash by allowing pass holders to come and enjoy the waterslides again. Reservations must be made prior to visiting, and the official reopening date is this Saturday!

With COVID ruining last summer, visiting one of these theme parks is sure to make up for the time that was lost!
